How can I correct my date of birth?
If you have keyed in your date of birth incorrectly, please write in to friends@breadtalk.com, and include any form of documentation showing your Name and Date of Birth to request for an amendment.
Where can I update my mobile number?
Can I transfer this account to my spouse/friend/family member?
Unfortunately, the account is non-transferrable.
Can I share the account with my spouse/friend/family member?
We would strongly discourage the sharing of any account with another party, as it will be difficult for you to keep track of your e-Voucher or Stored Value usage and purchase.
I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?
To reset your password, go to the login page on your Web Portal/ Mobile App and click on “Forget Password” to request for a password reset. An email will be sent to your registered email address to facilitate the password reset.
If you have not keyed in your email address during registration, please write in to friends@breadtalk.com to seek assistance.
How can I remove an expired e-card from my account?
You may call (+65) 6602 8113 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm excluding PH and eves of PH or write in to friends@breadtalk.com to seek assistance.
I have a multiple physical cards. Can I merge the stored value/ e-Vouchers into 1 card?
Yes, you can do so by following the steps below:
Mobile App
- Download the “BreadTalk Rewards” Mobile App on Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Create a new Account and Sign In
- Select “My Account” on your Mobile App
- Click on “Link Existing Card”
- Key in the 16 digit card number and 8 digit security code (hidden under the silver foil) found at the back of the physical card.
- Once both cards have been successfully linked, select “Merge Card” to combine the existing stored value/ e-Vouchers into 1 card.
Web Portal
- Go to www.breadtalkrewards.com
- Create a new Account and Sign In
- Select “Manage Cards”
- Click on “Link Existing Card”
- Key in the 16 digit card number and 8 digit security code (hidden under the silver foil) found at the back of the physical card.
- Once both cards have been successfully linked, select “Merge Card” to combine the existing stored value/ e-Vouchers into 1 card.
Kindly note that you are required to perform this merging action multiple times if you have more than 2 cards
Can the physical card still be used after I have merged it into another card?
Only the physical card that you have selected to merge will be usable and it will combine all Stored Value/e-Vouchers present in the cards merged. The other physical card(s) which have been merged into your selected card will no longer be usable.
Why does the BreadTalk Rewards membership account allow linking of multiple cards?
We do understand you may misplace your physical cards at times and proceed to make multiple physical card purchases in store in times of need. This feature will allow users the flexibility of managing the different Stored Value in the different cards/e-cards.
Kindly note that once the physical card is linked to your BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App account, all active e-Vouchers shown in your account will be accessible across all your physical cards/e-cards. Please ensure you do not lose your physical card once you have linked to your Mobile App account as the party who picked up your lost card will be able to redeem all your e-Vouchers in your account or the Stored Value in the lost card.
Can I make a corporate/bulk purchase of BreadTalk Rewards physical card/e-card?
Yes, you may send your enquiries to friends@breadtalk.com and a dedicated personnel will assist you with the purchase.
How does it work for Corporate/Bulk Purchase of BreadTalk Rewards physical card/e-card?
You can make the purchase in 4 simple steps:
- Send in your request to friends@breadtalk.com and provide the following details:
- Preferred e-Package (Kopi e-Package) OR Stored Value ($30/$50/$100)
- Choice of physical card OR e-card
- Preferred Quantity
- Company Name
- Company Address
- Company Contact Person
- Credit Card Details (if required)
- An e-invoice will be generated and send across to you within 5 working days.
- Upon receiving the e-invoice, you may make the payment via bank transfer or credit card.
- Once the payment is completed, the physical cards/e-cards will be dispatched to you within 10 working days.
- For physical cards, you can opt to collect them at BreadTalk iHQ or request for courier service. Complimentary courier service will be provided for purchase orders valued above $1,000, otherwise a $30 courier fee will be charged.
- For e-cards, you can opt to receive them in the form of a password protected pdf or excel sheet.
What should I do if I have lost my BreadTalk Rewards physical card?
The BreadTalk Rewards physical card should be treated like a cash card. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and you are encouraged to report the loss immediately. BreadTalk Rewards will not be liable for the Stored Value or e-Vouchers lost in the interim before the lost report is made. To report loss of card, kindly call our hotline at (+65) 6602 8113 for assistance from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm excluding PH and eves of PH or write in to friends@breadtalk.com.
Alternatively, if you have registered and linked your BreadTalk Rewards physical card to your account, you may login to your Mobile App and select “Report Lost Card” under the “Profile Page”.
Upon successful notification of your lost card, your card will be suspended with immediate effect and our friendly service personnel will be in touch with you within the next 3 to 5 working days from the date of reporting.
How can I unsubscribe from BreadTalk Rewards mailing list?
To unsubscribe from our mailing list, you may follow the steps below -

Select “Profile” in your Mobile App account to update your communication preferences by de-selecting “EDM subscription” or “SMS subscription”

Both BreadTalk and Toast Box e-Packages are valid for four (4) months from the date of purchase. Seasonal e-Packages will come with a shorter validity, governed by the terms and conditions of the promotion at the time of launch.
1. Kopi e-Package includes 12X Kopi e-Vouchers which can be used to redeem any small hot beverages. For other serving sizes or cold beverage selections, you will be required to pay a top up.

How can I get my 1-for-1 Welcome e-Vouchers?
If you have an existing physical card, you may follow the steps below:
Mobile App
- Download the BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App on Apple App store or Google Play store
- Register for an account
- Select “My Account” on your Mobile App
- Click on “Link Existing Card”.
- Key in the 16 digit card number and 8 digit security code (hidden under the silver foil) found at the back of the physical card.
Web Portal
- Go to BreadTalk Rewards Web Portal https://www.breadtalkrewards.com/
- Register for an account
- Select “Manage Cards”
- Click on “Link Existing Card
- Key in the 16 digit card number and 8 digit security code (hidden under the silver foil) found at the back of the physical card.
Once your card has been linked successfully, the 1-for-1 welcome e-Vouchers will be loaded into your account.
How many sets of Welcome e-Vouchers will I receive?
Each member will only receive one (1) set of Welcome e-Vouchers regardless of the number of physical cards/e-cards linked to the account.
Why did I not receive the Welcome e-Vouchers?
You may not have linked your physical card successfully or you may have already redeemed your e-Vouchers in store. For assistance, please call (+65) 6602 8113 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm excluding PH and eves of PH or write in to friends@breadtalk.com to enquire.
Will I be rewarded with points when I top up the BreadTalk rewards physical card/e-card?
Unfortunately, there is no point issuance for any top up but you get to enjoy the convenience of cashless payment in store.
Transaction/Report of Fraud
Where can I view my Transaction History?
You can view your Transaction History by registering for an account on the BreadTalk Rewards Web Portal www.breadtalkrewards.com or by downloading the BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App.
You may click on “Transaction History” on the BreadTalk Rewards Web Portal or Mobile App, to view your transaction history. Kindly note that you can only view transactions of the last 12 months. To request for transactions above the 12 months period, you may write in to friends@breadtalk.com for assistance.
I would like to report a fraud transaction, how can I file this?
To file a dispute on a transaction, you may write in to friends@breadtalk.com or contact us at (+65) 6602 8113 for assistance from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm excluding PH and eves of PH with the following information:
- Date of transaction
- Outlet visited
- 16 digit BreadTalk Rewards card number
- Dispute Amount
- Transaction/Receipt Number (if any)
You are required to file the dispute within 30 days from the date of transaction. For transactions that had passed the 30 days grace period, the available assistance we could render may be limited.
Will my Stored Value/e-Voucher be reinstated if the transaction is found to be a fraud?
If the claim is found to be valid, your Stored Value/e-Vouchers will be reinstated at no cost to you. Unfortunately, if the fraud transaction is caused by the loss of your physical card, we will not be able to reinstate your lost Stored Value/e-Vouchers.
My transaction was successful but the Stored Value/e-Vouchers were not credited to my physical card/e-card. What should I do?

I have issues logging into my account. What should I do?

The BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App seems faulty. What should I do?
Your BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App may be due for an update, please proceed to update your Mobile App. Alternatively, you may also delete the BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App and reinstall again. If the error persists, please write in to friends@breadtalk.com or contact us at (+65) 6602 8113 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm excluding PH and eves of PH for assistance.
My physical card/e-card is suspended. What should I do?
Your physical card/e-card is suspended because you might have clicked on “Report Lost Card” on the BreadTalk Rewards Web Portal/ Mobile App. If you have clicked on the button by accident, please write in to friends@breadtalk.com or contact us at (+65) 6602 8113 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm excluding PH and eves of PH to request for re-activation.
My BreadTalk Rewards physical card/e-card has expired, and I have balance Stored Value/e-Vouchers in it. What should I do?
An expired physical card/e-card is not renewable. If you wish to continue using the balance e-Vouchers in the expired physical card/e-card, please follow the steps below:
- Purchase a physical card from the participating BreadTalk or Toast Box stores OR purchase an e-card via the BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App
- Write in to friends@breadtalk.com and provide the following details
- 16 digit Card number of your new physical card and expired card OR
- Registered mobile number with BreadTalk Rewards and 16 digit card number of your new physical card/e-card
- Our friendly service personnel will assist you with the transfer of the balance Stored Value/e-Vouchers if they have not expired.
*Participating stores in Singapore: All BreadTalk stores except Jewel Changi Airport and All Toast Box stores except Jewel Changi Airport, Marina Bay Sands, 313@Somerset L5, Causeway Point L4, ION, Manulife Centre, Parkway Parade, VivoCity L3, Wisma Atria and Lot One.
My physical card/e-card is going to expire but I have unredeemed vouchers / unredeemed Stored Value. What should I do?
To extend the expiry of your physical card/e-card, please proceed to either:
- Make a Stored Value top up to your physical card/e-card (available in $30/$50/$100) before your card expiry date. Your card expiry will be extended for two (2) years.
- Make a purchase of Toast Box Kopi e-Package ($19.80) on your physical card/e-card before your card expiry date. Your card expiry will be extended for four (4) months.
You may do the purchase or top up at participating BreadTalk or Toast Box stores in Singapore. Alternatively, you may download the BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App on Apple App store or Google Play store via the BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App or through the participating BreadTalk or Toast Box stores* in Singapore.
