This year, Thye Moh Chan brings you the traditional delights of Teochew Bak Chang with 2 flavours – Teochew Double Delight Bak Chang (潮州双拼肉粽) and Teochew Salted Egg Bak Chang (潮州咸蛋肉粽).
Made with premium glutinous rice cooked in pandan, pork belly stir-fried with shiitake mushroom and spices, chestnut and homemade sweet tau sar made from quality mung beans, our signature Double Delight Bak Chang offers a well-balanced sweet and savoury flavour.
The crowd favourite – Salted Egg Bak Chang is back this year, featuring a golden salted egg yolk, pork belly stir-fried with shiitake mushroom and spices, chestnut and dried shrimp. This Bak Chang is a sure hit with savoury food lovers! Each Bak Chang is handmade and cooked for over 2.5 hours to perfection.
